DEFY

DEFY is a talent agency for elite athletes — representation, performance support and exposure for a multi-sport roster that spans football, tennis, golf and more. The brand is loud, cinematic and unapologetically bold, and the old site didn’t come close to matching it. The brief was simple: take the new brand identity designed in Figma and turn it into a live website that looks exactly like the design — on every screen size.

We built all seven pages in Elementor, matching the Figma file to the pixel: the grainy full-bleed hero, the three-pillar services layout, the athlete roster, the team wall, the DEFY Studios video mosaic with click-to-play lightboxes, the brand activations logo wall and a dedicated contact journey. Every section, image and video is editable from the WordPress dashboard, so the DEFY team can add athletes, swap campaign footage and publish updates without touching code.

The result is a fast, fully responsive site that finally carries the weight of the brand — a 1.3-second largest-contentful-paint on the homepage, desktop and mobile both signed off against the design, and a platform DEFY can grow as the roster grows.
